What is Fiber Space?
We are a group of fiber lovers who spin, knit, crochet, weave, quilt, and create.

This began with a group of spinners meeting at Northfield Yarn once each month. The group had an instant bond over our mutual love of the fiber arts. We wanted more. More space to gather and store our equipment. More time to share our interests and learn from each other. We found a studio space at 801 Division St S in Northfield, that allows us to collectively pursue our passion for fiber!
The studio allows us to spread out and do our work in community. Membership in this group allows us our own studio space to gather as a group or work independently. Members enjoy the benefits of using equipment, keeping projects out while in-process, and learning from and teaching each other.
Our current members possess a wide variety of fiber talents including spinning, knitting, crochet, weaving, sewing, needle felting, embroidery, and basket making. Members gather in smaller groups to focus on a particular area of interest, or simply gather with the larger group to work on their own projects.
